![]() ![]() ![]() What is nice about this popup box is that it has a preview area, so you can see the resulting value, such as 2.1 or 3.1, etc… Now in the Set Value to, change the number from 1 to 2 and then change the sub division number which is next to the Set Value To box. To get the number to go to 2.1 after the 1’s is done, click on the Numbering Library Icon, the one with numbers in the Paragraph portion of the panel, and now it is the critical part: choose Set Numbering Value.Īt the popup screen, choose Continue from previous list and click on Advance value box. However, once started, the number will go from 1.1 to 1.100 or on and does not jump to 2.1, and so on. To create a bullet point style like the above, you have to start with a number 1.1 as a bullet point. ![]() In Word, it is a cinch to have bullet points numbered from 1, 2, 3 etc… But it is devilishly hard to come up with a bullet scheme like the following: ![]()
